4HEP係列四輥卷板機是(shì)Faccin的新(xīn)設計,經過苛刻的操作員(yuán)在環境下25年的驗證。它將功率、可靠性和(hé)精度結合在一個獨特的設計中,使其成(chéng)為現代(dài)版輥的先進產品。
為(wéi)了保證產品圓度(dù)的優良軋(zhá)製質量和高重複性,閉環(huán)結構(gòu)與(yǔ)傳統的超寬下降(jiàng)端一起確保了機器在高縱向和橫向力下的(de)max剛度。
夾緊輥的傳統線性RGS設計保證了更(gèng)高的夾持力(lì),從而實現更高(gāo)質量的(de)預彎。夾(jiá)緊輥由4個獨立的軸承(每側2個(gè))支撐,軸承箱的尺寸(cùn)是原來的兩倍,以便更好地吸收和引導橫(héng)向載荷(hé)。

4HEP: 4 rolls with Planetary technology
The 4HEP series of 4-roll synchronized bending rolls is latest evolution of a design developed in Faccin tested by the most demanding operators in extreme environments for over 25 years. It combines power, reliability precision in an exclusive package that makes it the state of the art in modern plate rolls.
To guarantee superior rolling quality high repeatability of the products roundness, a closed loop structure together with the traditional ultra wide drop end ensures maximum rigidity of the machine against high longitudinal traverse forces.
The traditional linear RGS design of the pinching roll guarantees higher pinch forces for superior quality pre-bending. In fact the pinch roll is supported by 4 independent bearings (2 on each side) the bearing housing is two times larger for better lateral load absorption guiding.
Once again – as already happened in the past with the rolls electronic balancing system the drop end fixing system – the engineering improvements reached in the continuous R&D process are even in this case such a reference point to be imitated by other manufacturers.
We expect therefore that the innovative exclusive HFS system, which features an external mounting of the pivoting lateral hydraulic cylinders, fixed in their highest end as standard configuration on all medium large sizes of 4HEP to ensure a greater closeness of the bending force application points, becomes soon a landmark in the machine tool industry.
The policy to exclusively offer first-class components has meant that all versions of numerical control systems available for 4HEP series are SIEMENS only with the ability to use roller conveyors, automatic loading unloading systems allows the creation of a fully-automatic line.
The 4HEP design assures the possibility to optimize the entire rolling cycle, working in one direction in one pass, ensuring extreme safety the capability of being handled totally by a single operator even if they are less experienced.
4HEP bending rolls with exclusive Siemens CNC designed built by Faccin are the most reliable modern solution available amongst all rolling machines with planetary technology available on the market today . The most appropriate reasonable investment for high productivity requirements for rolling plates 5 to 150mm thickness up to a useful length of 18000mm.
